Return Policy: Shipping info and return policies

All items are shipped within up to 14 days but it usually takes only couple days. Once the parcel is shipped we send you the tracking number which you can use to track it on its way. All prices include fees and packaging.

TAKE NOTE that postal services in Russia and all over the world are experiencing some difficulties due to COVID-19. It can result in delays and shipping time of up to 4 months in worst case. We'll be especially thankful if you sent us a confirmation that you received your item.

Although 99.9% of items arrive as planned, we cannot be held responsible for items getting lost/delayed or damaged in the mail.
You will not be entitled to a refund if your order arrives damaged or is lost. If you want to make a complaint, please get in touch with your local postal service. We have nothing to do with the mailing process.
We're as interested in you getting our music and merch in the best way possible but there are some things that we just can't affect.

Return Policy
Unless a CD or clothing item is somehow defective or there is a mistake with the order, we don't offer returns as everything is checked and carefully packaged before we send it.

If your order is returned to us, we will send your order back out once you pay the extra shipping cost.
